Usman vs. Masvidal Rematch Booked For UFC 261

The champ has stated that Masvidal’s excuse for the defeat is the reason he is pursuing a rematch, as Jorge has repeatedly claimed that the short-notice nature of their first contest was to blame for the defeat. Well, he will have a chance to prove it. Just minutes ago, it was confirmed that Usman and Masvidal will be running it back at UFC 261, set to take place on April 24th.

Another No Contest Due to Eye Poke

After an impressive first round, Edwards landed two eye pokes on Muhammad, the latter of which sent him to the floor in tears. The doctor was called in and we were shown in brutal nature the extent of Belal’s injuries. While crying on the floor with blood pouring from his eye, Belal simply stated “I can’t see anything”.
