On the UFC Vegas 22 broadcast, the news was broken that Alexander Volkanovski will not be making his scheduled title defense opposite Brian Ortega.
The Featherweight title was set to be on the line at UFC 260 next week, but will now need a rescheduling following COVID-19 issues.
Volkanovski has not competed since defending his title for the first time against Max Holloway, winning a controversial split decision at UFC 251.
Hopefully, this can be rebooked sooner rather than later with the aforementioned Holloway standing on the sidelines following a absolute beatdown of Calvin Kattar back in January.
