The UFC has had a stellar performance over the month of April, capped off with one of the best Pay-Per-Views in recent memory with UFC 261.
This month also saw the trilogy bout between McGregor and Poirier finalized, along with the new season of The Ultimate Fighter’s cast and coaches confirmed.
This month will look to replicate that success, and we are certainly set to do so with four events including a stacked PPV in UFC 262 and fifty-one bouts booked at time of writing.
The first event going down in May is UFC Vegas 25, taking place on May 1st on the ESPN network, and highlighting a Light Heavyweight showdown between Dominick Reyes and Jiri Prochazka. The full card is as follows.
- Dominick Reyes vs. Jiri Prochazka (LHW)
- Cub Swanson vs. Giga Chikadze (FTW)
- Ion Cutelaba vs. Dustin Jacoby (LHW)

May 8th will see another card on ESPN with UFC Vegas 26, and though the highly anticipated bout between TJ Dillashaw and Cory Sandhagen fell through, we have a high profile thirteen bout card on deck.

- Donald Cerrone vs. Diego Sanchez (WW)
- Neil Magny vs. Geoff Neal (WW)
- Maurice Greene vs. Marcos Rogerio de Lima (HW)

From there, we will head into our April PPV offering in UFC 262 on May 15th. The card is ludicrously stacked with fifteen bouts at time of writing and the vacant Lightweight title in the balance in the main event.

The final event of May will be a Fight Night card, likely on ESPN+. The main event will feature top-ranked Bantamweights going at it as Cody Garbrandt looks to continue his resurgence towards the title opposite Rob Font. Though there are just eleven bouts set currently, the card will certainly shape up as we get closer to the event date.

- David Dvorak vs. Raulian Paiva (FLW0
