Greg Hardy to Fight Alexey Oleynik at UFC 270

A fun stylistic clash has been booked to go down at UFC 270, as Greg Hardy will face off against Alexey Oleynik, per John Morgan of MMAJunkie.

Greg Hardy (7-4) has gotten his fair share of backlash from the fans over his many controversies, but has made a decent showing of himself since coming to the UFC from the NFL. He suffered his first stoppage loss at UFC 264, where he was on the wrong end of a highlight reel KO from Tai Tuivasa.

Alexey Oleynik (59-16-1) is the most experienced fighter on the UFC roster, with an astounding 76 professional fights. He has a high grappling pedigree but is on a rough skid as of late. Coming in at 44 years old, he has lost his last three fights, including two by knockout.

These two are both needing to get back on the win track in a big way, and it’s a compelling bout with a wild 63 bout difference in their respective careers’
