Double champion Amanda Nunes was set to defend her Bantamweight crown against Julianna Pena at UFC 265 this month, but a case of COVID-19 scratched the bout.

After about a month, the promotion has rebooked the title fight for UFC 269, set to take place in December.

This will be the first Bantamweight defense for Nunes in just about two years, much to the dismay of the division, particularly Pena.
