The UFC 265 Pay-Per-View slated for next Saturday just took a major hit, as the co-main event between Amanda Nunes and Julianna Pena has been cancelled.
Nunes was set to defend her Bantamweight title for the sixth time against Pena, but has tested positive for COVID-19, forcing their fight to be postponed.
There is no date currently set, though it should be in the coming months, likely UFC 266 or UFC 267.
As for August’s Pay-Per-View card, Derrick Lewis and Ciryl Gane will duke it out for an Interim Heavyweight title while Pedro Munhoz and Jose Aldo take over the co-main event slot.
