The UFC Vegas 31 card took a hit this evening, as Deron Winn has been forced out of his Middleweight bout against Phil Hawes.

Deron Winn suffered a rib injury, rendering him unable to compete this weekend. This news was first broken by Phil Hawes, via his Instagram.

It appears that Hawes will be removed from the card, unless the UFC can find a replacement on just thirteen days notice. This fight was set to take place on the Fight Night event headlined by Islam Makhachev and Thiago Moises.
