A top-notch veteran vs. prospect clash will take place at UFC 265 on August 7th when Bobby Green meets Rafael Fiziev, first reported by Brett Okamoto of ESPN.

Rafael Fiziev (9-1) has been drawing much praise from fans for his high level striking and fight style. He last competed in December, knocking out Renato Moicano in the first round to extend his winning streak to 3. FIziev would have liked to be more active, but could not find anyone to sign on the dotted line until now.

Bobby Green (27-11-1) is a longtime veteran of the UFC and Strikeforce. He went on a killer 2020 campaign, going 3-1 in four straight months. He is positioned just outside the top 15, last dropping a decision to Thiago Moises.

This fight will adorn the UFC 265 card, set to be headlined by the interim Heavyweight title bout between Ciryl Gane and Derrick Lewis.
