The PFL broke news this afternoon that PFL’s fifth event of the 2021 regular season will be headlined by UFC veterans Rory Macdonald and Gleison TIbua. This event is scheduled to take place Thursday, June 17th and alongside the main event, more great fights were announced for the card. Defending PFL champions, Ray Cooper III and Emiliano Sordi are set to fight Nikolay Aleksahkhin and Dan Spohn, respectively.

MacDonald is coming off of a dominant debut in the PFL and another victory will be a strong addition to his current standing in the rankings. Tibau did not have the same success that Rory did, but he looked good at welterweight so this is an intriguing fight.
