The Heavyweight division is on the up and up with new signings and rising contenders. One of those prospects will get a shot at the rankings as Sergey Spivak will fight Alexey Oleynik on June 19th, as confirmed by Vestnik MMA, a Russian MMA outlet.
Alexey Oleynik (59-15-1), ranked at #15, is on a two-fight losing streak, dropping knockout defeats to Derrick Lewis and Chris Daukaus in his most recent outings. He had won two straight prior to that, with a submission over Maurice Greene and a decision against Fabricio Werdum.
