The UFC has a fun fight card currently going on, and as the broadcast began we were given some unfortunate news of another fight cancellation, following two other fights lost this week.
The scheduled co-main event between Jeremy Stephens and Drakkar Klose has been called off due to an injury from Klose.
As Ariel Helwani stated, the injury was caused by Stephens shoving Klose yesterday at the weigh-in face-offs. The fight will be rebooked as soon as possible, per the UFC.
This would have been Klose’s first fight in fourteen months, following a knockout defeat to Beneil Dariush. Meanwhile, Stephens was moving up a weight class following a fight fight winless streak.
The new co-main event for tonight’s ten bout card is a heavyweight clash between Andrei Arlovski and Chase Sherman.
