The resulting “No Contest” bout between Kevin Holland and Kyle Daukaus will be shortly run back, as the pair are set to rematch on November 13th.
The two met at UFC Vegas 38 this past weekend, and though the bout began with a competitive opening round, the two collided with an accidental headbutt that essentially KO’d Holland. Daukaus did not waste his opportunity, snatching Holland’s back and sinking in a rear naked choke to secure the finish.
Though Daukaus was originally announced as the victor by submission, the bout was quickly overturned to a No Contest, with some controversy from the fans.
The rematch will take place on the November 13th Fight Night card, currently set to be headlined by Max Holloway and Yair Rodriguez.
