Brad Riddell to Fight Rafael Fiziev on December 4th

A ranked Lightweight contest between two surging prospects has just been booked a UFC Fight Night event set for December 4th. Brad Riddell will take on Rafael Fiziev in a three-round bout at 155 pounds, per MMA Junkie.

Brad Riddell (10-1) is a high level striker out of City Kickboxing in New Zealand, and is now currently ranked at #12 in the Lightweight division. He has racked up four straight victories since joining the UFC, all by decision. “Quake” holds five stoppage victories, all by knockout.

After a loss in his UFC debut, Rafael Fiziev (10-1) has put on four straight wins, including a highlight reel knockout over Renato Moicano. As the striking coach at Tiger Muay Thai, Fiziev has a furious striking pedigree, with lightning fast kicks. He is ranked at #13 currently.

These fighters match up for a fantastic stylistic battle, though I’m sure neither is keen on hurting their opponent, as the pair are former teammates and good friends. Regardless, keep your eyes peeled for this striker’s delight!
