Jeremiah Wells Steps In Against Alves at UFC Vegas 30

The UFC will round out the month of June with a Fight Night card entitled UFC Vegas 30 this Saturday. The main event features Heavyweight sluggers Alexander Volkov and Ciryl Gane, set to duke it out for five rounds.

A Welterweight contest was previously featured on the main card between Warlley Alves (14-4) and Ramazan Emeev. Unfortunately, Emeev was forced out of the contest to still undisclosed reasons.

Thankfully, the UFC was able to find a replacement opponent for Alves. Jeremiah Wells (8-2-1) will make his UFC debut on short notice. Wells fights out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has spent his career in feeder organizations like CES and CFFC. He has six finishes to his name, evenly split between knockouts and submissions.

The card gets going at 1 PM EST this Saturday, so stay tuned to our home page for any news or fight updates!
