Uriah Hall vs Anderson Silva
Result: The main event between the legendary Anderson Silva and Uriah Hall was a classic showing of Muay Thai between two experts. Both fighters came out slow but once strikes were thrown Anderson started to show that he still has talent left and landed solid leg and body kicks behind his punches. Uriah looked slow but as the fight extended he started to find his shots. In the third round Anderson began to over extend on his punches and Uriah caught on quickly. Late in the third round Silva planted and threw a hook that Uriah evaded and countered with a combination of his own that dropped Anderson. Silva was able to survive the round but shortly into the fourth round Anderson made the same move and Hall dropped him and after a few ground strikes Herb Dean stepped in and ended the fight. While this is certainly not the way Anderson Silva wanted to end his UFC career, but both fighters showered each other with respect post fight.
