After Ion Cutelaba was removed from his sure-to-be war and banger of a PPV opener with Magomed Ankalaev, this card started looking a little lackluster.
Barely more than 72 hours ahead of the event, the UFC has added a Featherweight bout between Kai Kamaka III and Tony Kelley.
Both fighters will be making their UFC debuts.
Kamaka (7-2) is a Bellator veteran who just got a victory a little over a week ago at LFA 87, taking down the undefeated Michael Stack. He brings a boxing and wrestling style in with a relentless pacing.
Tony Kelley (5-1) is a dangerous grappler with three submissions on his record, accompanied by underrated boxing and hand speed. His only career defeat came by split decision at the hands of UFC fighter Kevin Aguilar.
This fight will be taking place on the prelims, while Herbert Burns vs. Daniel Pineda has been boosted up to the main card.
The main event is the highly anticipated trilogy bout between DC and Stipe Miocic and is packed with rising contenders and stars.
