The UFC travels to Atlantic City this weekend for a thirteen bout Fight Night card from the Boardwalk Hall.
In the main event, a Flyweight title shot is on the line as top contenders Erin Blanchfield and Manon Fiorot square off, while fan favorite finishers Vicente Luque and Joaquin Buckley collide in the co-main.
Main Card
Erin Blanchfield (12-1) vs. Manon Fiorot (11-1) (FLW)
This is a fantastic stylistic clash between two well-developed prospects with a title shot likely on the line for the victor. Blanchfield has been nothing but dominant to this point, primarily due to her high-level grappling, but Fiorot’s stout takedown defense is sure to test Blanchfield in more than a few areas. However, I see Blanchfield’s boxing, pace, and pressure keeping things close on the feet early with her grappling taking over down the stretch for a late stoppage or tense decision nod.
My Pick: Erin Blanchfield via Submission
Vicente Luque (22-9-1) vs. Joaquin Buckley (17-6) (WW)
I am absolutely locked in for this fight, as both are potent finishers who bring the action from bell to bell but are well-rounded enough to mix it up if the fight’s not going their way. Buckley has been impressive since dropping to 170 lbs., while Luque has been through the ringer against the Welterweight elite, securing a decision win over RDA in his last outing after two straight losses. I do think this line has a fair amount of recency bias on it with how Buckley has looked in previous outings at Welterweight, but Luque is a tough step up in competition who can match him in volume, power, and wrestling, with a clear edge in the grappling department. While I think recent outings have shown clear holes in Luque’s game, his offense and pressure should find success, racking up damage for a late finish or action-packed decision win.
My Pick: Vicente Luque via Decision
Bruno Silva (23-10) vs. Chris Weidman (15-7) (MW)
Another fun stylistic clash here between two veterans. Although Weidman’s stiffness on the feet was apparent in his last outing, Silva does not possess the takedown defense of Brad Tavares and Weidman will cruise if he is able to consistently secure this fight on the mat. However, his past concerns with durability will make it a dangerous battle for him from bell to bell.
My Pick: Chris Weidman via Decision
Nursulton Ruziboev (33-8-2) vs. Sedriques Dumas (9-1) (MW)
My Pick: Nursulton Ruziboev via Submission
Bill Algeo (18-7) vs. Kyle Nelson (15-5-1) (FTW)
My Pick: Bill Algeo via Decision
Chidi Njokuani (22-10) vs. Rhys McKee (13-5-1) (MW)
My Pick: Chidi Njokuani via Knockout

Nate Landwehr (17-5) vs. Jamall Emmers (20-7) (FTW)
My Pick: Jammall Emmers via Decision
Virna Jandiroba (19-3) vs. Lupita Godinez (12-3) (SW)
My Pick: Virna Jandiroba via Decision
Julio Arce (18-6) vs. Herbert Burns (11-4) (FTW)
My Pick: Julio Arce via Knockout
Connor Matthews (7-1) vs. Dennis Buzukja (11-4) (FTW)
My Pick: Dennis Buzukja via Decision
Ibo Aslan (12-1) vs. Anton Turkalj (8-3) (LHW)
My Pick: Ibo Aslan via Knockout
